WHAT SHOULD HUMANS WEAR?

My photo shoots are all about the animals, but I’m happy to take some shots of you and/or your child(ren) with your pup. So, your clothing choices are important.

Textures photograph well but patterns can distract the focus from your dog.

Solid colors are always a good choice. You don’t have to restrict yourself to neutrals, but lots of white, black, or highly saturated magentas or green do not photograph well. Pick something you enjoy wearing and makes you feel comfortable. You can always add a splash of color with a scarf, belt or other accessory. If there are multiple people in a shot, however, their clothing should be from the same color palette. If you have questions about wardrobe, you are welcome to run it by me.

I recommend that you have a mani/pedi before the shoot as I often shoot from an angle that will show your hands and/or feet.
